Shelby Quimby-Edstrom was promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative at the beginning of 2024. She started with the bank in 2020 and has developed an aptitude for client success. Always mindful of client needs, she has worked extensively to provide clients with sage and meaningful guidance through her ever-increasing skillset. She has worked across all aspects of the front end of the bank and now leads the front-end team. Born and raised in Wanamingo, her familiarity with clients and their unique situations is what drives her passion each day and has added a level of trust and personability to customer experiences.
